Mike’s Fit Family is a non profit training company that focus on serving the underserved. Mike and his team help coach teachers through out the San Diego area to live a healthier life style. In addition to the teachers learning, the children and their families get to benefit from the program by the teachers using what they learned from Mike’s Fit Family and bringing it back into the classroom.
